This couch really does look just as good as the pictures. It came in three huge boxes and took about 1.5 hours for my wife and I to fully assemble it. We are very happy with the white/off-white color and how it fits in our space. We wish someone had told us how firm it is... definitely a firmer couch than what we'd hoped for. That being said, we're happy with what we got for the price. It's comfortable enough with the chaise and ottoman to kick up your feet on.

The delivery crew, though 6 hours late, brought it up three flights of our apartment stairs and right into our living room. I know another reviewer didn't get that same level of service, luck of the draw I guess.
Quality:
The build quality isn't what you'd get in a $1500+ couch but it's solid enough. I don't imagine it'd last very well with too much roughness. There is a chemical smell, which I'd expect with any new piece of furniture.
The leather is all in perfect condition, no scratches or discoloration, the only complaint is that one of the leg holes in the ottoman was very messed up, making for a loose/wobbly leg. Rather than go through the hassle of sending it back, I pulled open the paneling on the bottom and found that a nut had fallen loose. It was an easy enough fix.
We felt it a huge gamble to buy something as large as a couch online but in the end we came out on top and are glad we did it!
